At Mitrophics, we're committed to delivering your order as smoothly as possible. Please review the information below to understand our shipping process.

Shipping Times

All orders are shipped from our local factories around the world, depending on your location. Orders within the United Kingdom typically arrive within 6–10 business days, while orders to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the rest of the world usually arrive within 7–13 business days after processing and dispatch.

February 2026 Update

Due to recent tariff increases imposed by the US government, we have temporarily switched to alternative manufacturing partners to continue offering our products at the same affordable prices you know and love. We could have passed these additional costs on to you, but we believe every parent should have access to the best care for their baby without financial strain.

As a result, during the month of February 2026, please expect an additional 5-7 days business days on top of our standard shipping times. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these changes—it's all part of our commitment to looking after you and your little one.

Important Notes

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. During peak periods, deliveries may take longer due to carrier delays.

Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout, as we cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address.

Order Confirmation

After your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will then be prepared for dispatch, and tracking details will be sent once it is on its way.

Separate Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately based on availability and logistics. Separate tracking details will be provided where applicable.
