Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we are unable to offer a return or exchange.
Please note: Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are made specifically to your order.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Please contact us via our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your item, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately through our Contact Us page so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us through our Contact Us page.
