At Mitrophics, we’re committed to delivering your order as smoothly as possible. Please review the information below to understand our shipping process.

Shipping Times

All orders are shipped from our local factories in the UK or the USA, depending on your location. Orders within the United Kingdom typically arrive within 6–10 business days, while orders to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the rest of the world usually arrive within 7–13 business days after processing and dispatch.

Important Notes

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. During peak periods such as the Christmas season, deliveries may take longer due to carrier delays. Orders placed close to Christmas Day (25th December) may arrive after the holiday if there is insufficient time for delivery.

Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout, as we cannot replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address.

Order Confirmation

After your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will then be prepared for dispatch, and tracking details will be sent once it is on its way.

Separate Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately based on availability and logistics. Separate tracking details will be provided where applicable.
